As for the waiting period, the mid and top-level trims of the Thar Roxx petrol will take up to three to three-and-a-half years, depending on its availability across different locations; however, the Thar’s Roxx petrol is ready within 5 to 6 months.
On the other hand, delivery times for the diesel variants seem to be a bit longer in these regards. In particular, the diesel 4×4 automatic with mocha interior color scheme is expected at most of the dealerships within 8-9 months time.
Mahindra Thar Roxx: Rising Costs and Extended Waiting Periods
The latest addition to the increased price list is the Mahindra Thar Roxx which has received an increase of up to ₹60,000 to cater for input costs. Petrol versions received small uplifts while most of the diesels especially the AX7L AT 4×4 had the steepest additions to their price tags.
Still, the Thar Roxx continues to sell well and petrol versions are taking 5 ½ to six months to arrive while waiting time for the diesel versions and better models can go up to 8 ½ to 9 months. This suggests a higher level of demand but at the same time it means that buyers face problems of both price and accessibility.
